Charisma is Inherent
Have you noticed how just the right people show up in your life at just the the right time?
This time, the arrival over the past two years of the two men and the four women who facilitate the various PARADOX 8 programmes has replenished my weary soul, and inspired me to redesign and review the content of the whole RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT series.
When people choose to become Mentors and facilitate for the first time, they often question their particular brand of charisma – eager and enthusiastic to impact in a worthwhile and lasting manner.
We often think that only certain people are fortunate to be born with charisma, and we often fail to realise that it simply means stepping into our personal brand of sharing our divine talent with others.
Charisma comes naturally when we inspire others by loving what we do and when we remain both vulnerable and committed enough to the work we deliver to remain both congruent and credible. This always secures devotion and faith in the people we serve.
Like any precious thing, we need to remain discerning and selective with our gifts, and define what we are prepared to offer freely.
Kind Regards,
Hanlie Raath
