“A Spiritual Oil Change”

Hello Everyone!

My LOVE of change and travel has made me somewhat of a gypsy at heart! I realised the other day that I’ve been working in the same building for SIX years. For those of you that thrive on creating new edges and horizons in your life – do you recall that moment in the movie: “Chocolat “,as she hears then north- wind calling  her to journey on... the heroine becomes restless – but instead she stays, and changes her life and even falls in love for the first time in years...

Sometimes we hesitate to make one change in our lives because we think it will have a domino effect and demand many more changes. Often the change we seek is within. Changing the oil, could represent eating differently, ceasing gym if you are bored and switching to hip-hop, parking a friendship that has become stale, or  re-arranging  your furniture.

Change brings with it a fresh view...perhaps a new way of seeing old situations. It also re-vitalises and energises us, and propels us forward –and creates a different frequency from which to operate.
Keep your minds running smoothly by endeavouring a regular spiritual oil-change!

My Best,

Hanlie Raath
